Coreless Toilet Paper
I think a switch to coreless toilet paper would cut down on waste. Most industrial size paper is coreless. They are not individually wrapped which saves on waste. Also, maintenance would not have to replace the rolls as often.

The bathrooms on the 1st floor of E17 have coreless toilet paper. The bathrooms were rennovated in the past 2 years, so I suspect it is the standard now for new facilities around campus.
